Chuan and Qigong practice at daybreak.
My morning practice normally lasts for
around 120 minutes.
My outdoor morning practices include T'ai Chi Ch'uan,
Qigong,

and cane weapon
martial arts.

You might give Mike a call if you plan to attend, because employment opportunities sometimes require that he be away at work, or he may be traveling, or on retreat. Daybreak means 6:00 am from April until October.
Anyone is welcome to join me for my morning practices in Taijiquan, Qigong, cane or walking.
Private lessons in Taijiquan, Qigong, and Yoga are available by arrangements with Mike Garofalo.
I teach Yoga and Qigong classes at the Tehama Family Fitness Center in Red Bluff.
Attend a Weekend Workshop about Taijiquan or Qigong in the Beautiful North Sacramento Valley.
