Gabriel
Valley, Los Angeles
County, to a rural area in Red Bluff, Tehama County, California.
Our adult children are married and live in Portland.
I am very active in many fitness programs both as a teacher
and participant. I specialize in
health, fitness and recreational activities for older persons.
I first read classical and modern Western and Eastern philosophers when I was
fifteen, and
have since considered myself a person with a humanistic, pragmatic, secular and
philosophical
outlook on most matters.
