The Visconti, Marseille, Waite, and Crowley Tarot decks all title this card as the "Four of Swords."

The Crowley Tarot also titles this card as "Truce."

The Voyager Tarot names the Swords suit as "Crystals" and titles this card "Logic."

In a deck of regular playing cards this is called the "Four of Spades."
