High volume restaurant cooking.  Prepared scratch soups.  Operated smokers, tilt skillets, 
large steamers, and grill and sauté stations.  Helped expo when needed.

 

August 2002-May 2003

Bar Tender/Waiter/Caterer at the Crystal Steak and Seafood Restaurant

Handled ordering of the beer for the restaurant.  Maintained Bar Par levels.  Set up bars and drink 
stations for events.  Controlled all food sales in bar.  Served in restaurant when needed.  Helped
